Network Operations Center

Our state of the art Network Operations Center (NOC) is your 24/7 resource for network monitoring and administration, help desk support, and proactive IT management of your servers, network infrastructure and workstations. The NOC is protected by redundant power and is biometrically secured. From the NOC we monitor alerts and trends from your environment, as well as actively monitoring global issues like virus outbreaks. You can rest easy knowing that a team of professionals is actively supporting your IT environment.

Remote Monitoring, Management, and Support

Our Managed Services embed into your IT environment to proactively monitor and administer your network, servers, and desktops.

Remote Desktop Services

Have Nexus support your distributed workforce through our monitoring and administration of your desktops/laptops. We can control desktops, monitor alerts, add/subtract users, administer patches, remove viruses, and troubleshoot applications. These are just some of the available services. For desktop support, we institute a ticketing process by installing our NexSupport Agent on every desktop for easy communication to our staff of any user issues or tasks needed. With our NexSupport Agent you have an easy process for users to report issues and have our team go to work fixing the problem.

Remote Server Support

Maximize server uptime with our monitoring and administration of your critical systems and devices. We will alert you of issues, fix issues before systems go down, and provide assistance for daily operations. We can insure proper functioning of anti-virus programs, daily backups, critical applications like Exchange, file servers and firewall devices.

Remote Network Monitoring

Nexus Engineers can anticipate and quickly resolve network issues before major conflicts arise. Real time data gives us the health status of your servers, workstations, routers, firewalls, network devices and applications. You will receive notification of warnings and critical system states or network outages.

Communication and Responsiveness

Our NexSupport Agent is an application we install on all desktop devices to deliver real-time data to our NOC, provide remote access, and allow users to submit a service ticket when issues arise. You will receive 30-minute notification during normal business hours on all alerts and call requests. Nexus provides dedicated resources that are familiar with your environment as well as backup support personnel when necessary.

Reports

Nexus Managed Services will provide reports on the status of your IT environment, which are easily understandable and provides the overall performance of your IT environment. Our reports can identify areas that are under performing or exceeding tolerances, allowing you to take corrective measures. This data can be used to improve operational efficiencies and create better processes for managing your IT environment.

Backup Administration and Monitoring

Your information is your primary business asset and it’s mandatory to preserve that data and protect your business. We utilize our extensive knowledge and experience in backup/archiving to manage and implement a data protection process. By monitoring and administering your backups, we can insure your backups are occurring daily and completing without errors or corruptions to your local systems. In the event of a failed backup or hardware failure our engineers will remotely administer and notify you of the status of your backup systems in order for corrective action to occur.

A disaster strikes, a file is deleted, or a department needs an old file. What you back up, where your data is stored, and how you recover your data is what really matters. Our NexDR service gives you access to your information in an easily retrievable process. We have the latest technology in deduplication, backup, archiving, and recovery, which provides powerful, flexible, and easy data protection/recovery.

Our solution relies upon replicating your data to the Nexus datacenter as your disaster recovery site, where we maintain a virtual copy of your servers and files. In case of a disaster your data and systems are safely secured and can be made available to your staff remotely. This allows your business to resume normal operations quickly, and allows your business operations to continue until your permanent systems can be restored
